Overview

The hand-picked fruit was carefully crushed and destemmed before being pressed and transferred to a mix of stainless-steel tanks and 3-5 year old French oak barrels for fermentation.

After fermentation, the wine was aged on yeast lees for six months to enhance complexity, before being expertly blended and prepared for bottling.
