The Philosophy is designed to have distinct power, yet refined elegance. We achieve this by sourcing wines from regions that have slightly different attributes that add to the depth and complexity of the wine. The Cabernet was sourced from the region of Wrattonbully to further enhance the aromas, flavour and elegance of the wine. The Shiraz grapes were obtained from the Clare Valley to achieve the intense fruit flavours and sweet spice characters that Shiraz is known for.
