A classic fruit driven Barossa Valley shiraz, the palate displays blackberry and dark plum characteristics while there is a conscious integration of oak characters.

A rich perfume of savoury mulberry, plum and cherry aromas with hints of spicy cinammon.
 

Matches perfectly with rich red meat dishes such as peppered beef, roasted venison and braised ox tail.

 

While drinking well now, this wine is also able to be cellared for 10+ years.
