A perfect example of the class and ageing ability of Eden Valley Riesling. A wine that we release when young, but also hold some back for 5 years to develop in the bottle.

 

While young, this wine has a fresh, crisp and zippy palate with brilliant lime acidity and the Eden Valley's renowned acidity. Great mouth filling flavours now it will also develop for wonderful medium to long term drinking where it will develop some classic aged kerosene characters.

Aroma  
A delightful mix of citrus, floral and pineapple headline the bouquet of this wine with subtle hints of green apple.

 

Riesling is a delightful food wine and its crisp acidity will match perfectly with freshly shucked oysters.

Cellaring
While drinking well now, this wine is also able to be cellared for 10+ years.
