Shiraz

 The Wine

This is a well rounded and fruity wine featuring the rich flavours of ripe plum, blackberry jam and spices. This balanced with vanilla and caramel flavours to result in a wine with good depth and intensity of flavour.
 

 A combination of the fruit aromas of plum and blackberry with spice, pepper and cinnamon which then follows through onto the palate
 

Shiraz is a wonderful wine to couple with food in particular succulent red meat dishes and tomato based pasta.

 

This wine is designed to be drunk while young and fresh, although will also provide good drinking over the next couple of years.
