The wine Muscat fruit was picked late and allowed to shirvel on the vine resulting in rich, concentrated flavours. The palate is complex and has delightful toffee characters and hint of primary Muscat flavours before finishing mellow and smooth as a result of oak maturation.
Aroma The nose is intense with typical Muscat aromas rounded out by spices and chrismas cake notes.
Food Match This wine would match perfectly with any dessert or on its own as a aperitif.
